The Manfrotto 300XM gimbal is designed with a modular approach, allowing users to highlight their individual components and reconfigure them to create the ideal setup for any shot. Videographers can also integrate their existing equipment into this custom configuration, taking advantage of the full potential of modularity. For example, by detaching the 300XM's remote control handle and attaching it to the Manfrotto Gimboom base, content creators can extend their stabilized recording range to just over 2 meters while retaining all the gimbal's functionality. In addition, thanks to wireless technology, the gimbal head can also be mounted on tripods or sliders to function as a complete remote shooting system.
This modular approach and interchangeable sections are further enhanced by the Gimbal 300XM's universal 3/8" thread connectors and the use of the standard Manfrotto 501PL flash shoe, allowing users to instantly connect flash shoes with industry-leading profiles. Mirrorless and DSLR cameras with a payload of up to 3.4 kg can be used.
In addition to this revolutionary design, the Manfrotto 300XM's state-of-the-art hardware and software combine to deliver professional-grade functionality. The multi-function electronic control with A and B buttons allows videographers to mark shooting points for easy and accurate reshoots. Balance position memory simplifies camera changes, reducing rebalance time. It also features a redesigned ergonomic joystick for precise operation and an extra-length adjustable arm.
