Technical Assistance

ITEMS NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY

ESTUDIOPT has a technical assistance service for items not covered by the warranty.
The diagnosis/repair budget has a cost of;

Budget Value: 30.00€ valid for CANON, FUJIFILM, GODOX, and Other White Brands.  | Budget Value: 40.00€ Valid for SONY brand .  | Quotation Value: 50.00€ Valid for the brand PANASONIC, RICOH | Budget Value: 100.00€ Valid for the brand SIGMA.

NIKON and TAMRON equipment is not eligible for repair, nor is Analog equipment, or equipment older than 10 years old.

CANON does not accept fungi-contaminated lens (or equipment) for cleaning.

(VAT included), and non-refundable but in the case of an adjudication, it is deductible from the value of the repair. The diagnosis time usually takes six to eight weeks.

EQUIPMENT SUBJECT TO DIAGNOSIS / BUDGET

• Digital Cameras;
• Lenses;
• Compact Flashes;
• Studio Flashes;
• LED, fluorescent, halogen/tungsten illuminators;
• Other equipment, upon request.

After accepting the diagnosis/quote, the repair period will be communicated to the customer BUT it is always subject to an indefinite time, considering other factors such as availability of parts for replacement.

All repairs carried out by ESTUDIOPT technical assistance benefit from a 6-month warranty, except for fungal cleaning.

After the technical assistance process (whether the item is accepted for repair or not) it is sent to the customer's address (mainland Portugal), and there will be an additional cost of €7.50 (VAT included) for shipping costs. For Azores and Madeira Island, the shipping cost will be €19.50 (VAT included) up to 2Kg.

Do not send any item without the permission of ESTUDIOPT. Any item sent for technical assistance without prior authorization will be subject to delays or even refusal to accept delivery.
