For technical assistance of items covered by the warranty, we always recommend that you contact the brand or official assistance directly, however alternatively it can be delivered or sent directly to ESTUDIOPT's facilities. However, in the event that the item for any reason is not eligible for warranty, there will be a quote for repair by the manufacturer / distributor or official technical assistance, and in the event that it is not accepted by the customer, it will give rise to a fee of non-acceptance of the quote, which in some cases, is over €70 + VAT.

We reserve the right not to give any kind of follow-up on the status of the process, if it is within the period indicated in the conditions. Please be advised that we are not responsible for damages caused in the transport of your equipment(s) to our premises.

Do not send any article without the authorization of ESTUDIOPT. Any item sent for technical assistance without prior authorization will be subject to delays or even refusal to accept delivery.
