TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE - PRODUCTS UNDER WARRANTY
All items sold by ESTUDIOPT are guaranteed exclusively by the manufacturer/distributor or official technical assistance, except for brands imported directly. All items within the warranty period requiring technical assistance must be sent directly to the manufacturer / distributor or official technical assistance for respective assistance. ESTUDIOPT is not responsible in case the manufacturer/distributor or official technical assistance does not assume responsibility for the repair under the warranty.

For customers who have purchased the Zhiyun Molus X100 equipment and are experiencing battery problems, please send an email to info@zhiyun-tech.com with a copy of the product purchase invoice along with one or more screenshot(s), video(s) or photograph(s) of the battery problem. The brand is offering a lifetime warranty.
Any item of a brand described above, alternatively, can be delivered or sent directly to ESTUDIOPT's facilities. However, in the event that the item is not eligible for warranty for any reason, there will be a quote for repair by the manufacturer / distributor or official technical assistance, if it is not accepted by the customer, it will give rise to a fee of non-acceptance of the quote, which in some cases, is over €70 + VAT.
All other products of brands not identified above must be sent directly to ESTUDIOPT's facilities, the customer must first fill out the respective SRE (Service Request) FORM, and wait for the authorization and respective proceeding.
When requesting the activation of a warranty, make sure that the item was purchased at ESTUDIOPT and that you have the respective invoice with you.
The legally valid warranty period is 2 years, (plus one extra year if it is proven to be a manufacturing defect) for end consumers and public institutions and 6-12 months for companies or self-employed workers.
FACTORS NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY
- Product maintenance;
- Replacement of maintenance parts;
- Replacement of consumables;
- Accident, fall, fire, flood, misuse or abuse;
- Non-compliant use;
- Unauthorized changes to the product, whether Firmware or Hardware update
- Signs of attempted repair or removal of any part;
- Lack of knowledge of the basic rules of use/conservation/maintenance;
- Damage caused in transport to our facilities or the manufacturer's/supplier's facilities or official technical assistance;
- Others not mentioned here, but pointed out by the brand.
If it is detected by the technical assistance that the points described above have not been respected, ESTUDIOPT reserves the right to charge the respective costs of transport, labor and spare parts used in the repair process. In this case, the customer will be informed in advance.
FIRMWARE UPDATES
ESTUDIOPT is not held responsible for any firmware updates made by the customer. If you want to update the firmware of an equipment, you should contact the respective brand. We advise our customers not to perform any firmware update without full knowledge of the risks.
Firmware updates made by ESTUDIOPT are subject to a request for quotation and indefinite execution time.
ESTUDIOPT has a technical assistance service for items not covered by the warranty. See the TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE page.
Do not send any item without the permission of ESTUDIOPT or its manufacturer/distributor or official technical assistance. Any item sent for technical assistance without prior authorization will be subject to delays or even refusal to accept delivery.
