MANFROTTO 509 Pro Video Head
The video system includes the Manfrotto 509 professional fluid head and the Fast Twin 645 tripod in aluminum.
The 509HD fluid head combines ergonomic design features with professional performance. To help you achieve incredibly smooth camera movements and great images, the 509HD features variable fluid drag and a fast and accurate 4-step counterweight system, making it suitable for a wide range of semi-professional and professional camera setups. The 509HD's patented Advanced Balancing Recorder (ABR) system allows you to quickly find, memorize, and recall the correct position of the balanced board when using a specific combination of equipment. The 509HD also features Easy Link connectors for easy attachment of accessories, an illuminated spirit level, and replaceable rosettes for attachment of the panoramic bar on both sides of the head. The 509HD has a 100mm video tripod thread.
The Fast Twin 645 FTT tripod in aluminum features dual tubes and Ultra L-Lock lever technology for the most robust stand ever. The tripod comes with a 2-in-1 half sphere: a standard 100mm base and a 75mm adapter to allow the use of a wide range of video heads. It also has a central lock for the spreader. However, the 3-angle selectors make using the spreader optional.
This line was developed with the main objective of facilitating filming, reducing assembly and maintenance time. Synchronized closing mechanisms between the upper and lower locks allow videographers to control the entire leg with a single lock and get to work in record time. The new tripod offers maximum versatility, supporting the use of a wide variety of heads and ensuring maximum rigidity, as well as being extremely lightweight.
In addition, it is compatible with the 2-in-1 telescopic spreader for solo and medium and has a 3-angle selection mechanism for easy assembly. It is equipped with spiked feet and rubber protectors for a firm grip and adaptability to the most diverse shooting locations.
