TILTA MIRAGE MATTE BOX: LIGHTNESS, MODULARITY AND OPTICAL PRECISION
The Tilta Mirage is an ultra-lightweight, modular matte box system designed for modern video productions, from compact camera setups (such as DSLRs and mirrorless) to advanced cinema rigs.
Designed to optimize workflow on set, the Mirage combines protection against unwanted reflections (flare) with an innovative ecosystem of 95mm circular filters, eliminating the weight and bulk of traditional 4x5.65" systems.

Ultralight and Aerodynamic Concept:
Made of carbon fiber and aluminum alloy, the main body of the matte box weighs only 179 g. 

Its design with ventilation openings substantially reduces wind resistance, making it ideal for use in gimbals, drones or on-the-go recordings.

95mm Circular Filter Ecosystem:
Replaces heavy rectangular filters with lightweight circular filters.
Allows quick and safe installation of UV, ND, Polarizing or Effect filters, as well as supporting an optional tray for standard 4x5.65" filters.

Wireless Variable ND (VND) compatibility:
The system is designed to seamlessly integrate a VND module (95mm VND sold separately or in kits), controllable manually or via a Wireless Motor, allowing you to adjust the exposure precisely without changing the depth of field during shooting.

Clamp-On:
Fits directly onto lenses with a front diameter of 95 mm.
The set includes threaded adapter rings to adapt the matte box to a wide range of common photographic lenses.

Adjustable Top Flag:
Made of carbon fiber, the Top Flag is fully foldable and adjustable to block side or top lights and prevent parasitic reflections on the sensor.
