New version of the carbon fiber rod, with a flatter surface to fit 15mm clamps. This new version does not have a glossy surface, as we have removed the surface layer to make it flatter, following the suggestions of some customers. 20cm (8") rods in 15mm carbon fiber. Many rods on the market, which claim to be carbon fiber, are not actually made entirely of carbon fiber. With a new design and manufacturing process, carbon fiber rods are precision manufactured 15mm support rods. Carbon fiber rods are much lighter than stainless steel rods and incredibly stiff.
