Equipped with brake on only one of the two cars. Generally, the car with brake is mounted on the fixed rail to lock it into position, thus allowing the moving rail to travel. If the car with brake is mounted on the moving rail, the opposite effect occurs: the movement of the moving rail is blocked, while the car can move freely on the fixed rail.
