Or maybe you've decided to properly sort through family memories from the past and make them available to everyone?
These are the jobs for which Rollei has developed the DF-S 310 SE Slide Scanner.
The "SE" stands for "Special Edition", as the contents of the package also include adapters for the popular previous Super 8 format and the practical 110-camera pocket film.
MEMORIES COME BACK TO LIFE
You can scan up to 20 slides in one minute, while the preview function using the 2.4" colour TFT LCD monitor offers a quick and intuitive way to check your film.
The high-precision multi-part lens with a resolution of 14MP captures the images on your slides or negative film down to the smallest details, and can also increase the resolution to 24MP by interpolation.
Because Rollei's DF-S 310 SE Slide Scanner uses single-pass image capture, you only need to move the slide tray around the scanner once, while the locking points ensure that the tray is positioned perfectly.
STAND-ALONE SYSTEM WITH INTERNAL STORAGE AND SD SLOT
Internally, the DF-S 310 SE can store up to 128MB of images, while the supplied SD card slot accepts SD/SDHC storage cards with capacities up to 32GB.
That means you can scan your slides, negatives or Super 8 film away from your PC or laptop, wherever they are – like in the loft or basement, for example.
Power is provided by a 5V adapter - it really doesn't need anything other than a USB cable.
Of course, you can connect it to your PC: Rollei Slide Scanner is compatible with Windows 2000 and macOS 10.4.
You can set the color balance and exposure metering to automatic, or you can choose to set the value manually.
Last but not least: you can simply connect the DF-S 310 SE to your TV set using a 3.5mm composite video jack!
