The softbox in general is ideal for making the light soft and diffused. Its shadows are equally soft, which allows for a great wealth of detail in the subject.
Due to its shape, this softbox produces more directional and localized lighting than conventional ones because it focuses on the main subject.
Ideal for nude photography, to illuminate elongated objects, such as bottles, or to draw a well-defined backlight on the contours of the subject, preventing light from scattering.
