Additionally, with its exceptional flat-field correction, the lens is ideal for flat subjects such as documents and provides edge-to-edge sharpness with minimal distortion.

BREATHTAKING BOKEH
The 90mm macro lens is the first TAMRON lens to feature 12 aperture blades, which creates perfect circular bokeh with minimal vignetting, especially in the macro range.
Another highlight for spectacular images are the stars with an aperture of 12 rays, obtained by reducing the aperture for point sources of light.
LIGHTWEIGHT AND COMPACT
This is a compact macro lens in the mid-telephoto range, with a maximum aperture of F2.8 and a length of 126.5mm.
With a maximum diameter of 79.2 mm, the lens fits comfortably in the hand.
With a weight of 630g, it is also very light, allowing for comfortable transport for long periods of time.
NEW LENS CAP
This lens features a new lens hood with a sliding window that makes it easy to use filters without having to remove the hood.
This ensures precise control and smooth operation with a consistent shooting pace.
COMPATIBLE WITH TAMRON LENS UTILITY™
The 90mm F2.8 MACRO is compatible with the special TAMRON Lens Utility™ software.

Low Dispersion – LD elements have particularly low color dispersion ratings.

TAMRON LENS UTILITY
The new TAMRON Lens Utility software was developed by us to configure our own TAMRON lenses.
After installing the program on a computer, compatible lenses can be connected to the computer via a connection cable to customize various lens functions or to update the lens firmware.
