The JJC S+ Ultra Slim Multi-Coated CPL Filter gives you complete control over reflections and glare from non-metallic surfaces such as water or glass. When you rotate the circular polarizing filter and look through the viewfinder, you'll see the intensity of the reflections change. With the use of the filter, the colors are more saturated and the contrast is also improved. This is especially noticeable when shooting landscapes and is also very good for converting photos to black and white.
High Quality Optical Glass Filter
The special feature of the S+ Ultra Slim Multi-Coated filters is the use of German optical glass with optimum light transmission and high hardness. The glass itself is only two millimeters thick and the aluminum frame has an extra-thin design of only 4.4 millimeters high to avoid vignetting. The frame finish is matte black to prevent unwanted reflections. The glass surface is finished with a coating of up to nine layers, making the filter water-resistant, grease-resistant, scratch-resistant, and anti-static. It is also easy to clean the filter.
