The JJC F-NC series combines a circular polarization filter and an ND2-ND32 variable neutral density filter into one, specially designed for shooting landscapes, with the aim of solving the problem of carrying multiple filters when going out. The filter adopts premium optical glass and wrapped in aircraft-grade aluminum frame. The thickness of the bezel is only 8.8mm / 0.35".
Coating
It has an 8-layer coating on each glass surface. 32-layer multi-resistant coating to significantly reduce lens flare and ghosting, while making the filter anti-scratch, reduces reflection, water-repellent, increases surface durability, oil and dust resistant. All of these fantastic attributes are essential for efficient outdoor work.
Use as ND filter
Rotating the front rotating frame allows you to use the filter as a variable ND filter. It reduces the amount of light that reaches the film without affecting the color and is suitable for shooting dynamic scenes such as waterfalls, streams, waves, etc. In addition, the neutral density can be adjusted continuously from ND2-ND32 (reduce exposure by 1 to 5 stops).
Use as CPL filter
Rotating the rear rotating frame allows you to use the filter as a CPL filter. At this time, it removes unwanted reflections from non-metallic surfaces such as water or glass; It also saturates colors effectively and creates a dramatic contrast between the sky and clouds.
