MIOPS Trigger SmartPLUS
The Miops Smart+ is a Camera Shutter Release for high-speed photography. This device is compatible with many Canon, Pentax, Nikon, Sony, Samsung, Fujifilm and Hasselblad cameras and can also be controlled remotely with a smartphone.
With this Shutter Release, you can trigger your camera (or flash) in a variety of ways and take the most stunning photos.

Light, sound and laser: the Miops SmartPLUS has three integrated sensors. These are used to detect, for example, lightning, fireworks, bursting balloons, splashing water and explosions. Once the sensor detects the signal, Smart+ will trigger your camera or flash. The sensor is so sensitive that it can react to impulses (light, sound, and laser) in milliseconds. Indispensable for high-speed photography. The laser function works with a 5mW green and red laser beam.
HDR, Timelapses, and many other features
You can also use the Miops trigger to take HDR (High Dynamic Range) photos and timelapses, where you can determine the duration and number of shots. SmartPLUS also offers a do-it-yourself function. This allows you to set up your own scenarios, consisting of up to five different steps. For each step, you can set the sensor you want to use. Did you know that you can also set your smartphone's trigger or activate it remotely? To do this, you need the free Miops app, available for Android and iOS. Finally, you can also use the Miops Smart+ to trigger a flash. A flash cable is included as standard for this purpose.

What cameras can I use this trigger with?
Lightning Mode
A built-in light sensor detects changes in light and triggers your camera's shutter in just a few nanoseconds. It can capture only bright lightning strikes, or the smallest lightning strikes, by simply adjusting the sensitivity. This mode can also be used to capture fireworks or other events where you need to capture images based on changes in light.
Laser Mode
MIOPS has a built-in sensor to detect when a laser beam is broken, thus triggering your camera's shutter. This is useful for detecting objects such as water droplets, animals, or intruders when performing surveillance.
Sound mode
MIOPS's built-in microphone can detect sound, triggering your camera or flash to capture things like glass breaking or a balloon popping. You can adjust the trigger delay as well as the sensitivity of the amount of sound required to trigger the shutter.
Time-lapse mode
This mode allows you to specify the interval time between one second and one hour, as well as how many photos to take. The LCD screen will turn off to save power, allowing you to take a time-lapse photo for days or even months if using an external power supply.
HDR mode
Even if your camera doesn't have a bracketing feature, MIOPS allows you to set a center exposure as well as the overexposures and underexposures needed to create an HDR image.
External Door
A port on MIOPS can accept any external trigger that has an output signal between 0V and 3V, such as a temperature, pressure, or humidity sensor.
Combining Sensors
You can combine sensors with the MIOPS Scenario feature by creating custom scenarios with up to five different steps. For example, you can set MIOPS to start taking time-lapse photos only after detecting lightning.
