The JJC RCA-2 camera's remote shutter is similar to Ricoh's original CA-1 and CA-2 remote control units. A remote control is a must-have accessory when shooting with a tripod, when taking macro photos, or shooting with slow shutter speeds.
By not having to touch your camera's shutter release button, it prevents vibrations and keeps your camera steady. The supplied cable has a standard length of 0.7 m so you have plenty of room to move around in your setup.
