The SmallRig "Night Eagle" Cage Kit is designed to enable enhanced low-angle shooting, protect your gear, and provide versatile expansion options for a camera. The cage features a modern design with sleek curves, subtle gold accents and a new metallic brown colour scheme.
The cable clamp adopts a press-and-twist design that allows easy access to the interfaces without disassembling and prevents accidental signal interruptions, ensuring stable signal transmission. The detachable cold shoe holder features anti-deflection positioning pins on the bottom. It can be attached to the sides and top of the cage, allowing for versatile expansion with microphones, LED video lights, and other accessories. The ergonomic handle makes it easy to move the camera around and has built-in storage for commonly used screws such as 1/4"-20 screws, 3/8"-16 screws, and M2.5 screws. The kit features multiple expansion interfaces such as 1/4"-20 tapped holes, 1/4"-20 locating holes, 3/8"-16 tapped holes, ARRI locating holes, NATO rail, QD mounts, wrist/shoulder strap holes.
The cage can be expanded with monitor mounts, side and top grips, rod clamps, magic arms, tripods, LED video lights, microphones, and more. The integrated Arca-Swiss quick-release plate on the bottom supports Arka-type tripods and stabilizers.
