The SmallRig "Night Eagle" cage for Nikon Z6 III is designed to provide versatile protection and expansion options for the camera. The cage features a modern design with sleek curves, subtle gold accents and a new metallic brown colour scheme. With a three-point locking system that secures the Nikon Z6 III via a 1/4"-20 bottom screw and two M2.5 screws on both sides, while integrated silicone pads prevent camera scratches.
Provides unobstructed access to buttons, card slots, flip screen and battery compartments. The removable cold shoe holder has anti-deflection positioning pins on the bottom. It can be attached to the sides and top of the cage, allowing for versatile expansion with microphones, lights, and other accessories. The cage features multiple expansion interfaces, such as 1/4"-20 tapped holes, 3/8"-16 tapped holes, and ARRI locating holes, compatible with side or top grips, monitor stands, tripods, powerbank stands, and mini V-mount battery boards. Built-in 1/4"-20 locating holes on the sides allow attachment of accessories such as the single rod clamp, magic arm, and side handle. Featuring an integrated NATO rail on the left for quick attachment and disconnection of side handles.
The cage also has integrated wrist strap slots for use of these, as well as an integrated QD interface compatible with a shoulder strap. The Arca-Swiss quick-release plate on the bottom is compatible with Arca tripod and stabilizers.
