ILFORD Simplicity Starter Reveal Kit
The Ilford Simplicity Starter Pack contains all the photographic chemicals you need to start developing your own black and white films.
Each box of the Starter Pack contains in simple, single-use bags:
1x Developer
1x Stop Bath
1x Fastener
1x Wetting Agent
Each sachet contains the correct amount of photographic chemicals to develop 2 rolls of 35 mm film (135) or 1 roll of 120 film when using a 2 spool, 600 ml developing tank.
The sachets in the Iilford Simplicity kit contain ILFORD ILFOSOL 3 developer, ILFORD ILFOSTOP stop bath, ILFORD RAPID FIXER fixative, and ILFORD ILFOTOL wetting agent.
How to use:
1. Pour the complete contents of the bag into separate measuring containers and dilute them in water (distilled and at the correct temperature - 20ºC), each of them with 600ml.
2. Stir, with a suitable spatula to ensure the chemicals are mixed.
3. Use the chemicals according to a black and white film development sequence (see the manufacturer's website and watch the video below for more details).
4. At the end of the wash sequence, add 2 full caps of the wetting agent to the tank and give five inversions before removing the films.
5. Remove the films and allow them to dry in an upright position and attached to the top tip.
