Calibrite, LLC ushers in a new era in display measurement technology with three new devices. The new Display Plus HL and Display Pro HL feature innovative high-luminance sensors designed for more accurate calibration and profiling, particularly of mini-LED and OLED displays. Calibrite's new Display Plus HL measures super-bright displays down to 10,000 nits (cd/m2). Calibrite has also updated its entry-level device to complement the line; The SL Display is designed for SDR (standard dynamic range) displays, now measuring up to 1,000 nits. These new HL and SL colorimeters from Calibrite are developed by X-Rite and backed by decades of display research and color science, designed to keep pace with rapidly advancing technology.

The Calibrite Display Plus HL measures up to 10,000 nits, five times the measurement capacity of the current Display Plus device, making it the calibration device of choice for mini-LED, OLED, and super-bright displays, including Apple XDR technology. Display Plus HL is the go-to solution for filmmakers, editors, designers, photographers, and creatives who need to see deep into shadow areas when preparing videos or still files for viewing on the latest display technology devices. Covers video transmission standards, NTSC, PAL SECAM, and ITU-R Rec.709, as well as the BT.1886 tone curve for Rec.2020 – the standard for HDTV. Calibrite also recommends the Display Plus HL for SDR and HDR applications.
The new Calibrite Display Pro HL features a significant increase in luminance measurement capability, enabling accurate measurement of displays up to 3000 nits, including Apple XDR technology, triple that of the current Display Pro device. The Calibrite Display Pro HL is the ideal solution for photographers and digital artists using advanced photo editing displays, including many manufacturers who offer their own software and need a measurement device to calibrate and profile these photo editing displays.
The latest Calibrite PROFILER software supports all three new devices, achieving up to 30% faster calibration than the previous software. The newest feature of the PROFILER is the addition of projector calibration; With just a few clicks, users can effortlessly create a custom profile for projectors or large-panel monitors, ensuring optimal color accuracy and image quality. The Calibrite PROFILER also offers fully customizable features for the new Plus HL and Pro HL devices. Users can precisely control the white point, luminance, contrast ratio and gamma, taking full advantage of the new HL sensors.
All three devices feature a USB-C connection, ensuring seamless compatibility with modern computer connections, and come with a USB-A adapter to accommodate legacy devices. A handy storage/carrying pouch comes with each device, ensuring easy access wherever someone takes their Calibrite device. Calibrite has also eliminated all plastic and oversized packaging, opting for smaller, fully recyclable packaging, minimizing waste and reducing overall environmental impact.
