Conventional quick-release plates have a single point of contact, leaving your camera or lens unsupported.
This is unstable and puts pressure on the joint between the camera and the lens.
The TY-350 has dual screws that attach to the lens foot and an adjustable vertical bracket for the camera body.
This relieves the weight of the camera on the foot of the lens and provides an additional contact point, adding stability.
A quick-release plate is included in the camera body for easy placement and removal.
