How to pay for your order?

In our online store www.estudiopt.pt, we currently have three payment methods: MB Way, ATM and Bank Transfer. In a store where our customer's safety is safeguarded, we use payment methods that allow our customers to make their purchases quickly and securely.

We work to reach you and always safeguard your side. We do not store any bank details of our customers, since, regardless of the method you choose, all payments will be processed by competent companies in the most diverse areas.

Look at the description of each one, independently, and choose the one that is most favorable to you.

MB WAY
It is the MULTIBANCO solution that allows you to make purchases online and in physical stores, generate MB NET virtual cards, send, request money and split the bill and also use and withdraw money through your smartphone, in your own app or in your bank's channels.

To make payments by MB WAY, simply select the MB WAY payment method, then enter your mobile number and finally confirm the notifications in the app.
Please note that the MBWAY payment method has a handling fee of 0.98% of the total value of the order.

ATM
Well known to all, MultiBanco is one of the payment methods available in our store. To make your payment by ATM, simply choose the ATM as the payment method at the time of completing the order.

Once your order is complete, you will receive 2 emails. The first is a summary of the order, the second will be with the data for payment by ATM.

The information generated consists of a set of 3 distinct fields:

Entity: 11202 Ref.: 953 XXX XXX Value: XXX.XX

These data will be the ones you must enter when paying at the automatic terminal or homebanking.

BANK TRANSFER
You can use bank transfer as a payment method, however, be aware that this payment method will delay the shipment by 1 business day. You must send proof of transfer to the e-mail: info@estudiopt.pt.
