The VSM-H03 has two U-shaped notches, respectively, in addition to each cold shoe, to keep the cables fixed in the shape of teeth.
TWO TREAD HOLES FOR INCREASED ADAPTABILITY
Both the VSM-H03 and VSM-H02 have a threaded hole at the top and one at the bottom, giving you more extensions when using an articulated arm or attaching to a tripod.
