Conflict resolution
Since September 23, 2015, Law No. 144/2015 has come into force.
This Law, in its article 18, creates the duty of information for suppliers of goods and service providers, about the existence of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanisms for the resolution of consumer disputes, legislation applicable until March 23, 2016.
In the event of a dispute, the consumer may resort to an Alternative Dispute Resolution Entity:
