Perfect the movements of the PTZ camera with the ergonomically designed joystick, designed to fit comfortably in the palm of your hand for intuitive rotation control. A customisable button on the top allows for even greater versatility, such as One Shot AF and return to the home position.
Multiple physical buttons and dials
Control connected cameras thanks to 42 buttons and 14 dials that control functions such as iris, gamma, articulation and white balance. The backlit LEDs help with all-round visibility, while the professional zoom button ensures extreme precision when adjusting the zoom.
IP input and video monitoring
Monitor and control Canon camera feeds quickly and easily on the 7-inch touchscreen via IP, and up to nine can be viewed at once in a variety of layout options. Regardless of which camera you choose, the touchscreen automatically switches to show that live feed. Alternatively, you can stream full-screen feeds to an external monitor via 12G-SDI or the HDMI port.
Easy setup without a PC
Use the RC-IP1000's camera search function to find and register new cameras via the LAN. The RC-IP1000 can change all system settings of up to 200 connected cameras, such as IP address, ID, and password. You can also perform the initial setup of the camera and controller without a PC.
Multi-camera control made easy
Group all cameras together, or group up to ten into a group. Deploy presets for multiple PTZ cameras at the same time, and control other cameras from Canon's PTZ and Cinema EOS1 ranges, as well as the XF605 Pro camcorder.
Intuitive touchscreen
Access a wide range of settings via the touchscreen. Set focus points and settings in Touch AF, Face Detection, and Eye Detection; Control the manual focus point and adjust the cropping areas to allow two feeds to be sent from one camera2.
Professional entrances and connections
Integrate the RC-IP1000 into existing infrastructures or use it remotely thanks to a wide range of inputs, including one 12V DC XLR port, five RJ45 serial ports, LAN/POE+, USB, HDMI OUT, 12G-SDI input/output, and two 25-pin GPIO D-Sub channels. When using the GPIO/SDI connection with a video switcher, the camera selection on the RC-IP1000 can automatically establish a seamless connection with the camera selection on the video switch.
Preset control and advanced tracking
Control another camera during a tracking and set the positions of the other camera without having to wait until the tracking/preset is complete. Register and manage presets and tracks by naming them via the touchscreen. You can use the physical button on the RC-IP1000 to quickly access the preset and tracking feature.
