Laowa proudly brings not one, but two amazing Tilt-shift Macro lenses for full-frame cameras: 55mm and 100mm f/2.8 Tilt-Shift 1X Macro.
Both feature a precise ±10° tilt, a ±12mm offset and an impressive 1:1 magnification.
These are the first macro tilt-shift lenses Laowa has with a fast f/2.8 aperture projected.
Due to its large image circle, it can also be used in medium format cameras.
PRECISE ±10° TILT AND ±12MM OFFSET
The lenses offer a precise tilt of ±10° and a shift of ±12mm, allowing photographers to control perspective and selective focus effortlessly to create a shallow depth of field style.
±10° TILT
The maximum possible amount of lens tilt is ±10° adjustment.
It allows photographers to manipulate the image plane for practical and creative effects.
MINIMIZING POST-PROCESSING
Adjusting the focal plane by tilting allows specific areas to stay in focus, reducing the need to close the aperture while still achieving an extensive depth of field for specific surfaces.
Additionally, for products with reflective surfaces (such as jewelry), using a tilt-shift lens can help minimize unwanted reflections.
±12MM OFFSET
With a maximum offset of ±12mm for full-frame cameras, this feature allows precise perspective control and easy correction of vertical lines, helping to avoid perspective distortion, ideal for architectural photography.
SEAMLESS PHOTO STITCHING
Using the Shift function, panoramas can be easily created by stitching photos.
ADJUSTABLE TILT AND SHIFT DIRECTION FOR FLEXIBLE ANGLES
The lens allows for flexible angles and effortless compositional adjustments with two different rotation systems.
There is a 90° rotation to change the tilt direction and one to change the direction with clicks every 15º.
1X MAGNIFICATION
This tilt-shift lens, the first of its kind, offers 1:1 magnification of life-size images, capturing extensive detail up close.
It focuses within 27 cm of subjects, allowing photographers to shoot at close distances.
