Despite being a full-frame lens, it integrates well into APS-C bodies, offering an equivalent focusing distance of 52.5mm, ideal for portraits and snapshots.

The advanced design of this lens incorporates a spherical element implemented to suppress optical aberrations and achieve high resolution right up to the periphery of the image. It also offers smooth bokeh, supported by a 9-blade circular aperture mechanism that contributes to natural-looking highlights.
