The AF 35mm f/1.4 FE II is the second edition of one of the lenses loved by many people since Samyang launched its first Autofocus lens in 2016.
Lens standards are constantly changing, and Samyang pitches this AF 35mm F1.4 FE II lens as the most universal lens ever.
Some may consider that the market is already full of similar focal lengths, however, Samyang has taken additional steps to innovate.

SHORT MINIMUM FOCAL LENGTH OF 0.29M
The minimum focal length is just 29cm, making the lens even more versatile.
It is possible to produce impressive close-ups, even capturing small details, very close to the subject.
With a short minimum focal length and large aperture of the 35mm f/1.4 FE II AF, you can get close-ups by highlighting the subject with a soft expression background!
IMPROVED OPERABILITY
Key features of the AF 35mm f/1.4 FE II include: Customizable 1) Focus hold button and 2) Custom switch.
Overall, this is a lens that meets professional requirements for control and reliability, both for photos and videos.
Focus Hold Button
Pressing this button on the lens will keep the lens locked at that focusing distance. You can assign functions such as Eye AF in the camera body settings.
Customized Switch
There is a custom switch, which can be set to allow adjustment of the aperture silently by turning the focus ring. Using the optional Lens Station, you can configure the mode to your preference*.
