FUJIFILM Fujinon XF 14mm f/2.8 R
An advanced optical design has been used to overcome the distortion tendency of ultra-wide-angle lenses, controlling distortion without the need for digital correction, offering high resolution in all corners of the ultra-wide-angle lens.
The lens structure consists of 10 elements in 7 groups, including 2 aspherical and 3 low-dispersion elements and a rounded seven-blade diaphragm.
The lens has barrel distance and depth of field scales, making it suitable for a wide range of photographic techniques, such as prefocusing.
Thanks to a maximum aperture of F2.8, the lens is suitable for low-light photography. The low minimum shooting distance of 14mm* translates into effective background blur while providing a sense of perspective that is characteristic of wide-angle lenses.
The Fujifilm X mount offers a short rear focusing distance of just 13.3mm, which avoids vignetting and achieves clarity and brightness around every corner. Image distortion and chromatic aberration are well controlled, delivering high resolution at every corner of the image, making this the perfect landscape lens.
