K&F CONCEPT Nano-X HD 77mm Circular Waterproof Polarizing Filter
This K&F Concept Nano-X HD Green Multi-Coated Waterproof Circular Polarizing Filter is a glass circular polarizing filter that helps reduce reflections and glare by filtering out light that has become polarized due to reflection from a non-metallic surface. Sunlight becomes partially polarized due to the reflection of electrons on air molecules, causing the light to scatter in what appears to be a haze. A polarizing filter organizes and filters the polarized light directionally, allowing much of that light to be absorbed. This results in a noticeable reduction in glare and reflections from non-metallic surfaces and an increase in sky and foliage saturation.
This filter is constructed from German Schott B270 optical glass for enhanced clarity and color fidelity, and features multi-green coating to prevent ghosting and internal reflection. In addition, each surface has a resistance coating to prevent minor abrasions, repel water droplets, and resist grease and oil stains. It is made with an aluminum alloy filter ring that can rotate to adjust the intensity of the polarization effect.
