HOYA Polarizing Filter CIR-PL UXII 55mm
The UX II series is especially aimed at beginner photographers who need filters at an affordable price.
"UX" in the name of the series stands for "User Experience", to indicate all the experiences that users will acquire with the use of these filters and everything that comes with them. By naming this UX series, we aim to offer users better individual experiences through all photography-related activities.
CONTROL REFLECTIONS
It is commonly recognized that circular polarization filters (CIR-PL) are used to cut light reflections from non-metallic surfaces. Max. point is usually the most commonly used position of the CIR-PL filter when reflections are reduced.
However, there are cases in which the reflections must be enhanced or adjusted according to the photographer's intention. In this concern we can say that the CIR-PL filter is not to cut the reflections, but to control the reflections.

INCREASE CONTRAST
CIR-PL filters can also increase the saturation of the sky and tree leaves by cutting off light reflections from the small droplets of moisture and dust that are concentrated in the air. This shows the white clouds and increases the overall contrast of the image.

The UX II CIR-PL filter can be used with both film and digital cameras.
The structure of the polarizing filters incorporates a polarizing film between the two glasses, and the front frame is designed to be rotated, thus positioning the polarizing film at the desired angle.
The threads on the edges allow the installation of other filters and lens caps on it.
The thin bezel of the UX II CIR-PL ensures no vignetting for wide-angle lenses.
