The ND8-128 Professional Variable ND Plus+ Filter offers 3 to 7 f-stops of light reduction, giving you more creative control in variable low-light conditions. By locking in at 3 to 7 f-stops, you can use larger apertures in low variable light for shallow depth-of-field effects and slower shutter speeds for long exposure effects without overexposing your images. Videographers can use the ND8-128 Variable ND Filter Plus+ to create more cinematic effects in bright, variable light.
The Plus+ series has 20 layers of nano-coating that make it easy to clean and provide better protection against water, oil, and scratches. These layers also provide greater maximum light transmission and a more consistent transmission curve for better light reduction. When used with very wide lenses, above f/9, the X effect can occur.
Professional German glass
The leading German B270 SCHOTT optical glass features a 20-layer nano coating for better light transmission, better protection, and easier cleaning.
Ultra-thin edge
The ultra-thin bezel is deliberately designed to prevent vignetting, and the durable magnalium has a lifetime warranty.
Double wire
