The Canon BP-A60N Li-ion rechargeable battery is compatible with Canon's smart battery system and EOS C400 cinema camera. The battery has a removable contact cover that can help keep the contacts clean and prevent short-circuit discharges when the battery is not mounted on the camera.
The battery incorporates a small button that activates the battery's remaining power indicators, allowing you to quickly determine its approximate power level without having to connect it to a camera.
