FIRMWARE UPDATE FOR THE NEW AUTO-CYCLE APPLICATION
The Canon CR-X300 now supports a new app with auto-cycle function. This firmware update is required to install the new features of the app. The app will be available from your local retailer for an additional cost in the course of 2023.

Powerful 4K and Full HD images
A 1/2.3-inch type 4K/UHD CMOS sensor with a DIGIC DV6 image processor captures detailed images up to 4K 30P at 4:2:2/10-bit. The video can be played in enhanced Full HD, which benefits from 4K oversampling.
Versatile, high-quality 20x optical zoom
The CR-X300 has a 20x optical zoom lens with a focal length range of 29.3-601mm (35mm equivalent) in UHD, as well as a 20x digital zoom. The CR-X300 also features Canon's 4-axis IS system for better shooting stability.
Advanced Streaming and Output Options
The CR-X300 is highly flexible thanks to its 6G SDI and HDMI outputs, PoE++ and network connectivity that supports protocols such as Canon XC, RTP/RTSP, RTMP/RTMPS, SRT, FreeD and NDI|HX video transmission as well as control and standard transmission and communication protocols.
Hybrid AF for precise focusing
The CR-X300 combines high-precision contrast AF with high-speed phase-detection AF, ensuring accurate subject focusing, even in low light.
Smooth and precise control
The CR-X300 allows simultaneous high-precision pan, tilt and zoom adjustment up to 0.3 degrees/sec, even with presets, and is compatible with Canon's RC-IP100 controller, the camera's remote control app and selected third-party options.
For various lighting conditions
The CR-X300 is equipped with an internal 1/8 gradation ND filter with the option of mounting an enhanced 1/32 ND filter mechanism that inserts a filter into the front surface of the lens, extending the ND capability from 1/32 to 1/256.
Custom image settings
The CR-X300 features a custom image menu that allows precise adjustment of image settings in a wide range of shooting scenarios with other cameras, such as Cinema EOS, for an efficient multi-camera workflow.
Robust and resistant body
With water and dust resistance to IP65 rating, plus salt repellency to ensure operation in temperatures from -15 ° to +40 °C and 90% humidity, the fully protected frame also features a built-in cleaning system for an unobstructed view.
Seamless streaming of high-quality 4K videos
With the free Webcam Driver21 , you can enjoy seamless video streaming up to 4K 30p with up to 5 selected Canon PTZ3 cameras, via a simple Ethernet connection. Compatible with most video conferencing platforms and applications that require UVC, this Windows OS software is a virtual USB controller that allows for easy video streaming integration, ideal for video conferencing and online lectures.
