The CR-N300 now supports the auto-follow application. This firmware update is required to install the new app features. This app will be available from your local retailer for an additional cost in the course of 2023.

The CR-N300 features a comprehensive range of IP transmission and control protocols up to 4K UHD 30p, allowing for greater control for your production needs. Equipped with leading protocols such as NDI|HX*, RTMP, RTP/RTSP, RTMPS, SRT, FreeD and Canon's XC Protocol, integrates with most new or existing systems, making it an extremely flexible option.
Hybrid AF for precise focusing
The CR-N300 combines high-precision contrast AF with high-speed phase-detection AF, ensuring fast and accurate subject focusing, even in low light.
Equipped with a custom external sensor that measures the distance to the subject and compares the focus point to that determined by the contrast AF system. This Hybrid AF system is particularly effective in low-light situations and delivers fast, accurate and reliable autofocus with greater accuracy than contrast AF alone.
Flexible connectivity for your workflow
The CR-N300 features a full set of connections to ensure maximum flexibility in workflows. With an HDMI port that can achieve 4K UHD, 4:2:2 10-bit. The camera also features a 3G-SDI port, USB port, 3.5mm audio jack and a PoE+ LAN port.

The CR-N300 is equipped with a high-precision drive mechanism, which allows it to rotate and tilt at variable speeds using controllers such as the RC-IP100, the camera's remote control app or a Wi-Fi-connected tablet to capture the perfect shot.

The CR-N300 is equipped with a variety of picture presets that allow for quick and easy adjustments of video settings for specific environments. The user can also register up to 100 preset positions on the CR-N300, making productions simple and easy.

Compatible with most video conferencing platforms and applications that require UVC, this Windows OS software is a virtual USB controller that allows for easy video streaming integration, ideal for video conferencing and online lectures.
