With two EXPEED processors at its core, the Z 7II takes on the challenge of capturing full-frame, high-resolution images effortlessly.

MAXIMUM SPEED AND RELIABILITY
With two card slots, you can use UHS-II SD cards in one slot and ultra-fast XQD or CFexpress cards in the other slot. 
Set the camera to use the second card for overflow, for backup, to separate RAW files from your JPEG files, and to separate photos from your video files.

CLEAR ULTRA-WIDE COVERAGE AF
The sensitive Hybrid AF system provides wide, clear coverage, and the camera returns to the selected focus point when reactivated from standby. 
A metering range of up to -4 EV is available when shooting with an f/2 lens (or one with higher brightness).

SHOOT FASTER AND FOR LONGER IN SILENCE
Shooting speeds of up to 10fps offer tremendous flexibility, and the larger buffer and two card slots mean you can keep recording without interruption.
 Capture up to 200 full-resolution JPEG images or 77 uncompressed 12-bit RAW images in a single burst.

IMPRESSIVE DYNAMIC RANGE

ACCURATE TRACKING

Animal Detection AF does the same for dogs and cats.

Ideal for time-lapse shooting.

VERTICAL PHOTOGRAPHY
Do you shoot portraits? 
The optional MB-N11 battery handle features buttons for vertical operation and offers a stable grip when shooting. Hot-swapping batteries are possible without power failure.

WIRELESS CONTROL
Do you want to work with wireless flash control settings or control the camera remotely? Then you can use the optional WR-R11b wireless remote control and the WR-1 wireless remote control with extra range.

FIRMWARE UPDATES VIA SNAPBRIDGE 
Nikon's ever-evolving SnapBridge app now allows you to install firmware updates on your camera via your smart device.
You can also use the app as a remote control when shooting or recording videos. 
Or you can filter and share JPEG or RAW files on a smart device or computer by adding hashtags and copyright information directly from the app.
