No blur with 60x zoom
The POWER O.I.S. (Optical Image Stabilizer) system effectively suppresses the vibration of hand shakes at the telephoto edge and provides handheld shooting with 1200mm super-telephoto lens (35mm camera equivalent).
The LUMIX FZ82D is equipped with Active Mode, which promotes active wide-angle video recording, such as shooting while walking, without degrading image quality.
1 cm Macro Photography

Intuitive touch control with 1840k-dot monitor
The 3-inch rear monitor with a high resolution of about 1840k dots allows for superior visibility even outdoors in sunlight. Plus, touch control lets you focus on your subject immediately by tapping just the screen, and you can even activate the shutter.
Zoom composition aid
When shooting with a telephoto lens, the zoom composition assist function allows you to zoom out quickly at the press of a button if you've lost the subject of your shot. This allows you to reconfirm your composition immediately.
