RODE DeadCat WS11 - Wind Muffler for Videomic NTG
The DeadCat is compatible with the following Røde Videomic NTG microphones.
It is placed on top of the protective foam that comes with the microphone.
Although the DeadCat is recommended for the microphones mentioned above, nothing prevents you from purchasing it for use with other shotgun microphones.
Designed to reduce wind noise when recording in harsh environmental conditions, the WS6 combines an open-cell foam surround with an outer layer of acoustically transparent artificial fur.
A rubber base prevents any wind noise from entering the rear of the microphone pickup area.
