Tell your story in vivid detail
Offering more than just full frame, the large-format GFX 102MP CMOS II sensor measures 55mm diagonally and records subjects in 102-megapixel detail for stunning depth, texture, and tonality. This, coupled with the high-performance X-Processor 5 imaging engine, quickly processes and optimizes large amounts of sensor data. Combined, these two factors create an intuitive imaging experience, even for those using a large-format camera for the first time.
ISO 80 standard sensitivity
By improving the pixel structure of the new sensor, the default sensitivity has been extended to ISO 80. Now you can create 16-bit images with wider dynamic range and lower noise than ever before.
Best quality in every corner
The redesigned microlenses improve light coverage at the corners of the sensor, providing better image quality and greater AF accuracy at the periphery of the lens.
Film Simulation Modes
For the past 90 years, Fujifilm has worked tirelessly on color research. This vast experience is leveraged in its unique Film Simulation modes. The GFX100S II features 20 such modes, including the latest REALA ACE, giving you a wide range of creative looks.
Pixel Shift Multi-Shot
The GFX100S II is equipped with Pixel Shift Multi-Shot, which uses the in-body image stabilization system to precisely shift the sensor by 0.5 pixels for each shot while recording 16 consecutive RAW images. The images are then processed using the dedicated Pixel Shift Combiner software to generate a single 400-megapixel image. In addition, Real Color mode records four RAW files with a one-pixel shift between each frame. With this function, it is possible to create 102-megapixel images with false colors suppressed, using only a quarter of the time and data of the previous GFX100S model.
Other functions for Still
Renders more realistic colors in highly saturated scenes, producing deeper tones. Perfect for vibrant subjects, including flowers and bright landscapes.
Grain Effect
It gives a cinematic aesthetic to the images, adding a natural and grainy look to the entire frame.
Smooth skin effect
Ideal for portraits, this function smooths the skin's texture for a more flattering complexion.
HEIF image format support
GFX100S II supports the HEIF format, a 10-bit image file with more than a billion colors. It offers high image quality but takes up to 30% less space than a JPEG.
Clarity
Allows you to decide whether you want to represent a scene with sharp clarity or with a gentle touch. With 11 levels of control, it's easy to adjust your personal taste and style.
White Balance Change
For white balance, choose Auto, Custom, Color Temperature, or a number of preset options. The white balance can be adjusted in the WB Shift feature with red (R) and blue (B) color coordinates.

Large-format cameras often offer high image quality but poor practicality when shooting moving subjects. GFX100S II excels in both fields. It captures fleeting moments in ultra-high quality so you never miss the perfect shot.
Updated AF algorithm
Thanks to an improved predictive AF algorithm, the GFX100S II offers improved subject tracking and improved AF accuracy in low-contrast environments, compared to its predecessor, the GFX100S. This means that it can accurately track a wide range of subjects, including dynamic portraits, sports, and wildlife.
Subject detection AF
The GFX100S II's AF algorithm boosts face and eye detection, giving photographers the freedom to focus on composition and timing. The GFX100S II is also equipped with Subject Detection AF based on deep learning AI technology. It can detect and focus on various subjects, including animals, birds, cars, motorcycles, bicycles, planes, trains, insects, and drones using artificial intelligence.
7fps high-speed burst
Thanks to the newly developed GFX 102MP CMOS II sensor and the improved readout speed made possible by the new shutter unit, the GFX100S II achieves a continuous burst speed of up to 7.0 frames per second.
High-magnification, high-resolution EVF
Featuring a resolution of 5.76 million dots and a magnification of 0.84x, the GFX100S II's electronic viewfinder offers high visibility.
Custom Zone Configuration
Setting the AF mode to Zone allows you to customize the focus area according to the shape and movement of the subject.
Supreme Liberty
The GFX100S II features the highest level of 5-axis image stabilization with a benefit of up to 8.0 stops for virtually limitless creativity in large formats, delivering exceptional image quality even in challenging low-light scenarios. However, despite all the performance upgrades of the GFX100S, the weight of the GFX100S II has been reduced compared to its predecessor. At 883g, it's the lightest 102-megapixel body in Fujifilm's GFX system.
More powerful IBIS with up to 8 stabilization points
To maximise the benefits of the 102-megapixel large-format sensor, the GFX100S II is equipped with the most powerful in-body image stabilisation (IBIS) ever found in a GFX System camera – the 5-axis system offers an impressive benefit of up to 8.0 points. This is made possible by a meticulously designed IBIS unit, with precise gyroscopic sensors and accelerometers, designed to correct even the smallest movements. As a result, portable imaging is more agile and easier.
New BISHAMON-TEX™ leather pattern
The body of the GFX100S II is coated with BISHAMON-TEX™, which is also used in the GFX100 II. The three-arrow pattern, inspired by traditional Japanese design, not only enhances the appearance of the camera, but also serves to ensure a firm hold. The ergonomic handle is also covered with the same material.
Dial mode
GFX100S II uses a familiar mode dial to quickly access exposure options. In addition to the PASM settings, the dial includes six custom positions where custom settings can be stored and accessed quickly and easily for different subjects and creative scenarios.
LCD Sub-Monitor
The GFX100S II features a high-visibility 1.8-inch monochrome LCD sub-monitor that displays essential information including shutter speed, aperture, ISO sensitivity, and exposure compensation. It also shows the remaining number of still images and video recording time. The monitor can be customized according to personal preferences.
Weather resistant
Thanks to the camera body sealed in 60 different locations, the GFX100S II can easily overcome challenging weather conditions and environments, providing uncompromised creativity. The body is also made of magnesium alloy, which is rigid and robust.
More colors on display
The GFX100S II is perfect for videos and photos. Thanks to the improved pixel structure in the newly developed GFX 102MP CMOS II sensor, ISO 100 is now the default sensitivity, plus the camera offers a wider dynamic range and lower noise compared to previous GFX system models. Autofocus and handling have also been improved compared to the GFX100S. As with photos, movies will show impressive depth, tone, and detail.
