FUJIFILM Camera GFX100 II
The GFX100 II features a new 102-megapixel "GFX 102MP CMOS II HS" sensor with a readout speed about twice as fast as the GFX100S. Combined with the X-Processor 5, the GFX100 II is capable of achieving a continuous high frame rate of up to 8fps, surgically accurate AF, and advanced video capabilities that have never existed in any previous GFX system or X Series camera.
Subject detection AF
The X-Processor 5 features Subject Detection AF, which delivers an autofocus performance never before seen in a large-format camera. Built with deep learning AI technology, its advanced AF tracking and detection not only work on human faces and eyes, but also on animals, birds, cars, motorcycles, bicycles, planes and trains. With so much power available, photographers can focus on creativity, confident that the GFX100 II will produce matching autofocus performance.
Updated AF algorithm
The GFX100 II uses an upgraded AF prediction algorithm to deliver reliable performance in sports and other situations where accurate, high-speed motion tracking is required.
8fps high-speed burst
The GFX100 II makes large-format photography possible in previously inaccessible areas. A continuous frame rate of up to 8fps with mechanical shutter freezes the peak of any sporting action.
120fps display frame rate in Boost mode
Activating Boost mode on the GFX100 II increases the screen's frame rate to approximately 120 frames per second – more than enough to keep up with fast-moving subjects.
Reduced gaps and decreased display blackout
Increased buffer memory minimizes any lag between frames and decreases display blackout times for continuous high-speed operation.
5.3fps Blackout-free Burst Operation
The GFX100 II offers a seamless 5.3fps blackout-free burst for uninterrupted viewing of ultra-fast subjects.* In 35mm format mode, the GFX100 II also offers 8.7fps continuous bursting and 5.8fps blackout-free bursting.
The GFX100 II continues to set new standards in image quality, along with its excellent speed and video credentials. Get ready to experience high-quality photos like you've never seen before.
ISO 80 standard sensitivity
By improving the pixel structure of the new sensor, the default sensitivity has been extended to ISO 80. Now, photographers can create 16-bit images with wider dynamic range and less noise than ever before.
The redesigned microlenses improve light coverage at the corners of the sensor, providing better image quality and greater AF accuracy at the periphery of the lens.
HEIF image format support
GFX100 II supports the HEIF format, a 10-bit image file with more than one billion colors. It offers higher image quality, but uses up to 30% less space than a JPEG.
Pixel Shift Multi-Shot
For the best quality, the GFX100 II can produce a 400-megapixel ultra-high-resolution image with a single press of the shutter button.
Using in-body image stabilization to precisely shift the sensor by half a pixel between each frame, the GFX100 II produces 20 frames in which each red, green, and blue pixel has the same information. The result is a detail-rich file with almost no visible false colors.
New Film SimulationREALA ACE

Enjoy the latest iteration of Fujifilm's renowned color science – REALA ACE. New to the GFX100 II, this 20th Film Simulation combines faithful color reproduction with strong tonality, making it suitable for all subjects and situations.
10-bit 4:2:2 internal recording
Proving to be a hybrid powerhouse, the GFX100 II offers 4K/60p and 8K/30p 4:2:2 10-bit in-camera recording. ISO 100 can now also be used as standard film sensitivity for the highest quality images.
Support for multiple cinema recording formats
In addition to the GFX large format, the GFX100 II supports multiple cinema recording formats, including Premista, 35mm, and anamorphic (35mm). With a basic GF to PL adapter, filmmakers anywhere can use the GFX100 II's massive image sensor with some of the world's most legendary film optics, including Fujinon's collection of Premista and Cabrio Zoom lenses. For storytellers with broader aspirations, there are also two different modes of high-resolution 35mm FF anamorphic recording that offer various in-camera decompression monitoring options.
Improved subject tracking
Tracking subjects just got easier. Select AF-C mode with Wide/Tracking AF, then simply touch the subject on the rear LCD. The GFX100 II will then track the subject, even in situations with multiple subjects.
High-speed shutter
Track subjects at high speed with confidence – the GFX100 II's increased read rate suppresses the shutter for true-to-life results.
F-Log2 Support
The GFX100 II is the first GFX System camera to feature F-Log2, extending post-production flexibility. The wider dynamic range of more than 14 stops* brings images to life, maximizing detail in shadows, highlights, and midtones.

Compatible with cloud-Frame.io camera
Embrace cloud-first workflows and open lines of collaboration with the GFX100 II's World First, no accessory integration required for Frame.io Camera to Cloud, and deliver photos or videos directly to the cloud the moment they're created. Use built-in Wi-Fi or Ethernet LAN connection options to connect to Frame.io and deliver high-resolution RAW or JPEG images, send H.264 video proxies or securely upload 4k ProRes video to any project for immediate review and consideration.
New Focus MAP MF Service
For greater accuracy when using manual focus, a new Focus MAP has been added as an MF assist function.
RAW output via HDMI
Combined with a compatible ATOMOS HDMI device, the GFX100 II's RAW video output can be recorded as 12-bit Apple ProRes RAW at resolutions up to 8K and frame rates up to 29.97fps. With Blackmagic Design Video Assist 12G HDRs, the camera's RAW video output can be recorded as Blackmagic RAW at resolutions up to 8K and frame rates up to 29.97fps.
Cooling Fan FAN-001
Extend continuous video recording time with this optional accessory. The fan requires no additional cables for power and allows the GFX100 II to continue recording, even in high-temperature environments.
Recording to external SSD via USB
Connecting an external SSD via a USB Type-C cable allows you to record photos and videos directly to an external SSD in all modes and formats, including 4K/60p and 8K/30p.*
*Depending on the type of SSD, there are some modes and formats that cannot be recorded.
Up to 8.0-stop in-body image stabilization
The GFX100 II is equipped with a new IBIS system that uses image information to detect blur and provides up to eight stops of image stabilization* – more than any other Fujifilm camera. Work manually with confidence in almost any lighting condition, unlocking new levels of creativity for stills and videos.
